Ah, but Prince, you see, Budokai 3 is perfect. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. Totally the best DBZ game ever. In fact, extend that to all of the side scrollers, the 3D ones are all cash grabs.

What? Budokai 3 was horribly unbalanced as well. Giving Super Yi Xing Long max Ki at the beginning of the match certainly isn't fair to characters who start with 3 bars.
A ki baseline doesn't mean much in the long run when characters like Yamcha (3 ki baseline), #18 (4 ki baseline) and Teen Gohan (3-4 ki baseline) are considered better characters than Goku (3-6 ki baseline) and Broly (4-5 ki baseline) in Budokai 3. B3 is very ki intensive so it's all about how you use it.

In fact, I rarely ever lose to Omega Shenron unless I'm being careless.

Now that I've played some on Vs mode. It only seems to be working on the random Frieza soldiers, everyone else is almost equalised.

At-least what I saw.

Bulls***. If 2 players of equal skill were matched up, Super Yi Xing Long would always win against, say, Vegeta because it's much easier to manage Ki with him.

Vegeta some advantages over Omega Shenron. He has higher damage potential due to having 3 transformations (which give him up to a 3 baseline increase), has an easier to use lvl 2 death move, and is less technical. Having a max ki baseline also puts Omega at a disadvantage against other characters since he can lose more than up to 10% on defense and can't increase his attack points.

Omega's top tier but he's not unbeatable

In infinity world which has the elements of dbz budokai .

Super yi sing long was damn strong, so I know the feeling.

Btw IT is somehow "fair" to one punch frieza soldier with beerus, at least the game is realistic ;)
